Question

What is the schedule for the wedding weekend?

Answer

This is a relaxed wedding weekend rather than a traditional hotel-based wedding. Guests are welcome to spend time together, enjoy the property, explore the area, and make a mini vacation out of the weekend. Guests are welcome to arrive as early as 5pm Thursday, June 24th. We will be at the venue setting up for the wedding and spending time with family and friends, so feel free to join us and relax! Friday June 25th, will be a preparation day and rehearsal. Please note that the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner are by invitation only for those participating in the ceremony. Our wedding celebration will take place on Saturday, June 26 2027 starting at 4pm. All guests must depart the venue by 10:00AM on Sunday, June 27th, as we are required to have the property cleared by that time. Please note that meals and beverages will only be provided during Saturday's wedding celebration. Guests should plan to bring their own food, snacks, and drinks for the remainder of the weekend. Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome to attend the wedding if they are specifically listed on the invitation. If you believe we may have overlooked a child, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We have professional photographers capturing every moment, and we'd love for everyone to be fully present with us. Feel free to snap photos and share memories during the reception!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will be serving pulled pork and a variety of sides. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please let us know when you RSVP, and we will do our best to accommodate you. For severe allergies or highly specific dietary needs, we recommend bringing any specialty foods you may require during the weekend.

We’d love for guests to wear Western Formal — a little country, a little classy, perfect for celebrating under the Montana sky!

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes! Complimentary parking is available at The Barnsion for all guests.

Can I bring an RV?

Answer

Absolutely! RVs, campers, tents, and car camping are welcome. Please note that RV hookups are not available.
