How do I get to the venue?

Answer

There is one 50-person shuttle bus that will travel from the Westin Hotel to the venue. Pickup time starts at 4:30 PM and it departs at 5:00 PM sharp. The shuttle will be on Walnut Street adjacent to the hotel. Location link: https://goo.gl/maps/RTM48r7nzduFjgW38 For the return trip from the venue, pickup time is 11:45 PM and departure time is 12:15 AM. The shuttle will include stops at the Hyatt Place, the Westin, and the Hilton. Will post exact location of shuttle by this Monday. The subway is also a good option if you're looking to take public transportation. The E Line (Expo) drops you off a half block away from the venue (the Expo Park/USC stop). Is there parking?

There is limited free parking in the Museum Car Park on the north side of the Museum off of Bill Robertson Lane. Where is the entrance to the event?

Answer

The only entrance to the event will be from the north side of the Museum (i.e. straight from the Car Park / Exposition Blvd side) over the bridge and through the gift shop. You will not be able to enter the event from the south side of the Museum (i.e. the South Lawn side) as that will be in use by the vendors.
