we're married!

As you all know, we both live in Chicago. However, Shannaz originally came from Indonesia with most of Shannaz's families and friends still living there. Wedding planning has been pretty difficult with these limitations in mind for Shannaz's families and friends who we really want to share this with, taking into account travel, cost, and immigration concerns for both sides of the aisle. We really want to do this right for everyone, so I appreciate everyone's patience while we figure this out! In the meantime, some friends and families have asked about the best way to support us in our new life together. We have set up a little registry to get us started, and we appreciate everyone for the love we have received the past few months. As soon as we have more to share, you all will know, too.
