When should I RSVP?

Kindly RSVP by June 1st so we can finalize our arrangements. We won’t be able to accommodate guests who haven’t responded by then. Thank you!

Where can I stay the night?

There are a few options! 1. There are camp sites at the venue 2. I have listed a few local establishments on the travel page 3. There are Air BnBs locally as well

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Unfortunately, no. But we will be having a bar service that will take care of all your needs.

Is it open bar or cash bar?
Answer
We wanted to offer a signature drink, but true to form, we couldn't choose just one! We'll be providing complimentary Blackberry Wheat and Prosecco while supplies last. Please note that there is no ATM on-site, so we recommend bringing cash or planning accordingly. We're committed to everyone having a wonderful time, so we ask that you please drink responsibly and arrange your transportation in advance.

Yes! All beverages will be at the bar.

Where can I park?

Parking is available at the venue. Something to keep in mind, parking is on grass.

Are there bathrooms at the venue?
Answer
Yes! There is a bath house right next to the barn.

What if the weather is bad?
Answer
The weather will be sunshine and spectacular! Seating will be outside with no cover and the perfect view of Willoughby Gap. But, in the event it’s anything but..the ceremony will be inside the barn.

I didn’t see an option to select a meal?
Answer
Cocktail hour will be a delicious grazing table and for dinner, there will be pizza! There will be options for vegetarian but if you have a food allergy, please let me know as there will be nuts, dairy and gluten.
