After a long hard day's work at the hospital, sporting her tan scrubs and messy hair, Shanna stopped at her go-to spot, Buffalo Wild Wings, for a quick bite and drink before returning home. Coincidentally, Shaun and his brother Justin were just a few miles away debating where to grab dinner. They ultimately decided to "switch things up" and were on their way to pay a visit to Buffalo Wild Wings instead of enduring the same-old Hooters cuisine (men, I swear). Sitting across from each other at the bar, Shanna and Shaun kept locking eyes until the bulldog that she is, Shanna decided to spark conversation. Justin, pulling wingman duty, invited Shanna over to enjoy a drink with them. Conversations flowed effortlessly for a while and numbers were exchanged. Several days later, Shanna returns to her hangout spot where the bartender (who was working the shift mentioned above) confidently predicted that Shanna and Shaun would become a couple. To which Shanna honestly believed he was crazy. After several days and some convincing from Justin's end, Shanna held her breath and took her chance and reached out to Shaun. Plans were made to meet up again. Where you ask? You probably guessed it by now. Back at Buffalo Wild Wings, Shanna and Shaun enjoyed their first official date devouring Asian Zing wings and watching the football playoffs. The restaurant was packed but to them, they felt like they were the only ones in the room. Fast forward to Valentines Day and Shaun surprises Shanna and her mother Jan with a box of assorted chocolates and the rest is history. The true test, however, was gaining the seal of approval from Shanna's fur baby: Rocco. The day has come and stakes were high for Shaun. To Shanna's amazement, Rocco immediately fell in love with Shaun and stuck to his side like glue. It was in that very moment that Shanna knew she truly loved him too.
