Hillary (Hilly) and I met in College at CLC in Brainerd. We both were taking a Psychology class and there were very few seats left and she just so happen to sit next to me and I of course being me introduced myself and decided right then and there we were gonna be friends! Then the long talk about cats pursued... thats a story of another time though. This lovely lady has been a rock in my life, regardless of distance and obstacles she has been there through thick and thin without question. I could not have asked god for a better friend than her. He definitely blessed me with meeting her. Her spunky texas attitude and sassy mouth paired with her super kind and giving heart is some of the many reasons I love her. Matt and I are happy to have her with us on our special day!

I met Jessie when I was younger when we both attended church of the Nazareth in Baxter. Her and I were thick as thieves growing up and she was the light in my life as I had very few friends. I could always count on this chick. Her spunky, odd personality was exactly what my shy and reserved self needed. Many nights we pulled all nighters watching corny flicks, scaring ourselves silly and having fun. Without jessie my childhood wouldn’t have been complete. I can without a doubt say I love this chick very much. She more then my friend she is my sister I was given by god. I so happy that love and friendship have stuck through the years and I can have her share my special day with me as we celebrate 17 years as friends.

I met Ashley when I was going to CCU in downtown duluth for my cosmetology degree . Ashley was such a bright and sweet person! I knew we would be friends immediately. We both love horror flicks, tubbing , girl nights in with pizza and our love of makeup and hair! This fellow cat mom and I have so many more years of friendship to come and Im glad I get to have Ashley involved and helping Me and matt celebrate our marriage. To this bright sunflowerI am so glad to have her in my bridal party!!

I met Amanda when I was just starting my cosmetology degree at WITC. I met amanda on the very 1st day of class. I knew immediately like alot of my good friends that She and I would be great friends. And i did exactly that , I said “ Hi my name is Shanna lets be friends”. And the rest was history. Her and I hit off our friendship right away and we were thick as thieves through most of our time at WITC until I transferred to CCU. Even with life and how busy it gets we still make time to show each other how important our friendship is. This lady’s sassy, sarcastic and straight to the point attitude is some of the many reasons I love her! She always tells me the way it is even when I dont want to hear it. Matt and I are happy to have her in our bridal party and helping us celebrate our day!

I met Cassie when I worked at Sally Beauty Supply in Duluth. Its actually funny because the first time i met cassie she was interviewing for the position I had as I was leaving the store. And i found out later she thought I was just cranky and scary lol! I returned to the store months later and we hit up a friendship right away!! This beautiful gal is such a gem! So full of happiness and love for others. She has one of the biggest hearts I have ever encountered in another person. Whenever I was having a rough day this gal was there to cheer me up or just give me a big hug,love and support no matter where she is.I am so happy to have cassie in our wedding party and to have her help us celebrate our marriage.

Brittani and I both grew up brainerd and we are distant cousins on my mother’s side but we also lived down the road from one another all of our childhood. From riding the bus to biking to one another’s house in the summer we have always maintained a close friendship and found ways to get into shenanigans we both would laugh about later. Brittany is one of my friends who I know I could ask for anything and she would be there or find a way to help even if its just a little. She has a bright,sweet and spunky attitude and is the most helpful person Ive ever known! Matt and I are happy to have her in our bridal party and to help us celebrate our marriage.
Ryan McCafferty

Ryan is one of Matt’s friend from the Raceway. We spend alot of time with ryan in the summer and it is always a good time when ryan is involved. Ryan and Matt have been good buddies for years and whenever matt needs help with anything , ryan is there. This guy and his sarcastic personality is one of a kind but rest assured when ryan is around it is interesting. Like Aron , racing and cars are matt and ryan’s thing too and they all do it well and have fast vehicles to prove it. When I first met Ryan he was super nice. He never made me feel unwelcomed to the car group when I first started dating matt and has always included me in stuff since. I know Like Aron, I can rely on ryan if something bad happens. Matt and I were so happy to ask ryan to be the best man!!

Aron is one of Matt and I’s good friends from Duluth! Aron and his wife Ashley spend a good amount of time together with us in the Summer at Brainerd International Raceway Drag racing . Aron is one of the kindest and funniest guys both Matt and I know! Whenever we both have needed help Aron is always willing to jump in and ask what can i do to help!? Aron Always has a smile on his face and pretty much loves making everyone around him smile too. Matt and I are very happy to include Aron in our wedding party and to help us celebrate our marriage.
Jimbo ( Jimmy)

Jimbo is actually Matt’s Cousin on his mothers side. They grew up together as kids and still try hard in the craziness of life to still drop by and see one other. When matt was picking his groomsmen i knew Jimbo would be one of Matt’s picks. He always spoke so highly of jimbo when he would tell me stories from when they were kids and thats the best part you can tell these two have a friendship that cousins need to have and this one definitely shows. I know after matt asked he was very happy Jimbo excepted his offer to be a groomsman. And we are both so happy to have him be apart of our happy day too!
