The Oregon Shakespeare Festival is one of the highlights of Ashland, and Karim and Shanna will be seeing plays on both Friday and Saturday nights. Rehearsal

Wedding party will meet to rehearse in the gazebo area at 3pm. Please be prompt as we only have the space for a limited time.

Ceremony

Most of the wedding will be outdoors on the grass. Please choose your shoes accordingly, and consider bringing a wrap or light jacket for later in the evening.
The ceremony will be held in the gazebo garden at Lithia Springs, followed directly by cocktail hour and the reception.
Reception

Reception follows ceremony directly. There will be directions provided at the time to help you find your way to the cocktail hour before transitioning to dinner, cake and dancing. For dinner the full buffet will include vegetarian and vegan friendly sides as well as meat and fish entrees. If you need a vegan/vegetarian entree please select the meal option that includes your matching dessert choice.
