We're getting married!

Full disclosure: we met on a dating website. Pause for laughter. It's true. We were both intentionally searching for something simple, and what began with a few text messages quickly turned into a phone conversation, followed by a happy-hour meet-and-greet. From that first date, we found every opportunity to spend time together. Just seven weeks after becoming exclusive—and only a few months after meeting online—we decided to become "roommates". After eight months of making a rented room in my family's home, our own little world, we moved into a place of our own. Over the next eight years, we traveled, explored, grew, and built a life together. Coming from two very different worlds, we've been fortunate to teach each other, learn from one another, and embrace the unique perspectives we each bring to our relationship. Our love story may have started simply, but the journey we've shared has been nothing short of magical. And now, after nine wonderful years together, we're excited to celebrate the next chapter of our adventure with the people we love most.
