Hotel
For those staying at the hotel, there will be a shuttle to transport guests to the venue. The shuttle will be outside the hotel and will be departing at 3:55 PM. We have a hotel room block at the Hilton BWI. Additional guests will cost $10 for the breakfast buffet. To ensure a room at the discounted room block rate, please book no later than Friday April 8. After that, rooms may be booked at the discounted room block rate subject to availability.
