What is the address to the reception venue, LVFC?

Is the reception immediately after the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Our reception is immediately following our ceremony. Please help yourselves to hors d'oeuvres and drinks while we take photos. Just remember, we've got a long night of celebrating ahead, so pace yourselves!

What about dinner?

Answer

Dinner will be served buffet style, by the amazing Cyd's Comfort Catering. We are confident that with our wide variety of options, there will be something to fulfill everyone's taste. However, if you have a food allergy, please let us know so we can make accommodations!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Although we absolutely do believe "The more the merrier", we have so many friends and family that we want to share this day with, so we ask that you please only bring a plus one if noted on your invitation. We promise you won't feel lonely!

Can I bring my children?

Answer

While we would love for you to enjoy an adult night out (there will be alcohol served), we are also parents and completely understand if that's not an option! Just let us know if you need to bring your littles. Our reception is absolutely "kid friendly".

What is the dime jar memorial about?

Answer

It's a common belief (and one that we celebrate in our family), that a found dime is a loved one from heaven dropping in to remind you that they are with you. We will take a special moment during our reception to play a song and invite anyone up to our memorial table to drop dimes in our "Dimes From Heaven" jar. It's our way of feeling like those who we love that can't physically be there with us, will still be celebrating with our memories and love for them. There will be a shot of Jack Daniels served in celebration of our beloved Bill Schneider, Brandon's father, immediately following the memorial song for anyone who wants to partake.

What if I am concerned about COVID?

Answer

We completely understand anyone who is concerned about covid. We choose to respect all of our guests opinions and privacy, so we will not be asking if anyone is vaccinated. That being said, we understand if you don't feel comfortable attending in such a large crowd. We will have masks available at both the church and fire hall for anyone who would want to wear one. There is plenty of room at the church to sit socially distanced, and we can provide space between your seat at the hall if you prefer, just reach out and let us know so we can accommodate you in the most comfortable way possible, while still enjoying this beautiful day with all of our family and friends!
