It was a Thursday like any other for the both of us. Shanna brought Shadow & Luna to West Dog Park after work (I add that in for everyone that knows & has seen zookeeper Shanna after work)! As Sean walked in with Kira & Odin, he could hear a woman with a loud voice talking to fellow dog owners in a group to the left of the gate. The thought instantly popped into his head that she (“the one with the loud voice”) will end up talking to him! Meanwhile, Shanna had noticed this handsome guy walking in with not 1 but 2 huskies!! Walt, one of her friend’s she was talking to also noticed him & announced that “He should be her husky daddy” HAHA! By the end of the evening, we had talked for an hour (even though Shanna was originally intending to leave the park but a gut feeling told her to stay)! And as the 6 of us left the park, Shanna asked for Sean’s number! A few more dog park dates and texting lead to our first date at the Lowry Parcade! A winning bet in a close game of skeeball (well if we are being honest, Shanna normally wins that one)!! Anyways, that game led to our first kiss! Thank you to our beautiful fur babies, Shadow, Kira, Odin, and our angel Luna for bringing us together! The four mean the world to us, it was only fitting that they helped us find each other!
If you didn’t know, we LOVE to line and swing dance! So we thought we would share our love for it with you all and fun to play a few of our favorite line dancing songs at The Party! Below are links (you will have to copy and paste) to tutorials for the songs we intend to play if you want to start practicing! A couple of the tutorials will give you the option after the tutorial for the next video, to dance to the actual song! Our favorite nights together include turning on tutorials in our backyard and learning new dances, so we hope you all have just as much fun learning them as we do!
