It's generally recommended that guests arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow for settling in and avoid missing the ceremony. Doors will be closed and locked at 6pm sharp.
While it's polite to be on time but if guests are running late and ceremony has started, guests will be locked out until the ceremony end. Guests will still be able to enjoy cocktail hour afterwards and reception.
Crystal Ballroom is located on the 3rd floor inside Beach Place Plaza that is connected to the Marriott Beach Vacation Hotel. For easier access to the venue, please park on level P3.
Guests are responsible for paying for parking. However, parking vouchers will be handed out the day of the event for a flat fee of $15. Payment is only by CREDIT CARD when exiting the parking garage.
Guests can scan the QR code and upload any photos, like or comment on any shared photos by others. Guests are encouraged to download the google app prior to for easy access.
