Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

We invite you to dress semi-formal for our celebration. Think polished and elegant, but comfortable enough to dance the night away. For women, cocktail dresses, midi dresses, or dressy jumpsuits are perfect. Please no white dresses or similar colors (cream, blush, ect.) For men, a suit or dress pants with a button-down shirt and optional tie work beautifully. Dress shoes are encouraged, and festive touches are welcome. If you would like to dress in the wedding colors (forest green for the bride and dark teal for the groom) you are more than welcome to but it is in no way required.

Is there a hotel block?

We reserved a block at Holiday Inn Express Chico. Guests can simply call our Front Desk at 530-891-0100 and reference SRW when making reservations. What time does the reception end?

Answer

We’ll be wrapping up our main events, including the first dance and cake cutting, by about 6:30 PM. After that, the celebration will continue with dancing and drinks through last call at 9:30 PM. Guests are welcome to head out whenever feels comfortable for them. We completely understand and want everyone to enjoy the evening at their own pace.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Yes! Children are welcome to attend. Please note that childcare will not be provided, so parents and guardians are responsible for their little ones throughout the celebration.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will be on the venue's patio (weather permitting) and the reception inside the venue.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! All Seasons Mobile Bar will be providing drinks throughout the wedding.

Will food be served?

Answer

Of course! We will have hors d'oeuvre during cocktail hour, a buffet styled dinner, and dessert!

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes the venue has a pretty large parking lot and although we cannot 100% guarantee a spot you should be fine.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

No, however Ubers and Lyfts are reasonably priced in the area.
