We have reserved a block of rooms at special group rates. Our room block begins on Tuesday, May 6th, 2025 and ends on Tuesday, May 13th, 2025. THE RATES WILL BE AVAILABLE THERE. Rates per night are for an all inclusive stay that includes room, food, top shelf liquor and access to all restaurants, beaches, and pools on the resort. All Hotel taxes and gratuities, 24 hour room service, and WIFI is included in this rate as well. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS TWO SIDES TO THE RESORT, FAMILY SIDE( HACIENDA) AND ADULT ONLY (HEAVEN). PLEASE BOOK ACCORDINGLY. PLEASE MAKE YOUR RESERVATION BY THE END OF AUGUST. ALL THAT IS REQUIRED AS OF NOW IS A $200 DEPOSIT PER ROOM. THE REMAINDER CAN BE PAID OVER TIME OR AT CHECK IN. **If you would like to bring someone who is not on the list, please let us know so we can discuss and add them accordingly** **To our single guests or guests who do not mind sharing rooms, the maximum occupancy per room is four (4) persons regardless of age. Why is this important? Guests who are friends that wish to book a room together can split the cost of the room per night amongst themselves. In essence, guests traveling solo or guests who are friends have the opportunity to pay less per room, per night.** Flights: Cancun Airport or Tulum Airport are the options for this resort. Guests will book their flights on their own through an airline of their choice. It is strongly encouraged that guests book their flights sooner than later, so that they can take advantage of lower rates. Please note Passports are required!
