The ceremony will begin at 4 p.m. EST. Please arrive no later than 3:30 p.m. Doors will be locked at 3:50 p.m. and guests will not be permitted to enter until after the ceremony concludes.
Both the ceremony and reception will take place at The Lofts at Congdon Yards in High Point, N.C. The ceremony and reception will be indoors.
We are asking that all phones be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. We have hired professionals to capture some of the most important moments of our lives, and we'd hate to have a well-meaning persons phone blocking that moment for them to capture. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you would like! We promise to share the ceremony photos as soon as we get them.
Yes! We have room blocks at three different hotels: EMBASSY SUITES BY HILTON GREENSBORO AIRPORT, GRANDOVER RESORT & SPA, A WYNDHAM GRAND HOTEL and TRU BY HILTON GREENSBORO. All three hotels are located in Greensboro, N.C. Each room block contains 10-15 rooms, but we will receive additional rooms as each block fills as long as they are filled before August 1st. Therefore, please book your rooms as soon as possible to receive these amazing deals for you and our other guests! Each hotel is roughly 20 minutes from The Lofts at Congdon Yards. Please see our 'Travel'' section for more details, booking information, etc.
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. If children are not listed, please assume they are not included in the guest count. We encourage you to use this evening as a ''night out'' for yourself!
When you go to RSVP, your invitation will specify how many seats have been saved in your honor. If your invitation only specifies you, then presume you have one seat reserved.
