We’re planning to celebrate in downtown Columbia on Main Street at a historic venue. The venue is called The Pastor's Study. The exact address and directions are available under the Event Time tab!
The reception will be held indoors.
There’s a free parking garage located behind the building, which is the easiest and most reliable place to park. Street parking is very limited downtown, so we recommend using the garage. Please note that both the front and back entrances involve stairs and a short outdoor walk, so comfortable shoes are encouraged.
We’re planning an evening dinner-party style celebration. Guests should plan to arrive around 4:00–4:30pm so we can enjoy dinner and the festivities together without things running too late. A more detailed timeline will be shared closer to the date!
Black-tie/formal. This is your excuse to dress up and wear something extra special! Think fancy dresses and nice suits. We’re also sharing a color palette for the evening. It’s completely optional, but if you’d like to coordinate with the atmosphere, feel free to wear one of those tones (or classic black) to help create a soft, cohesive look in our photos.
Yes! Dinner will be served buffet-style, but with the same quality and variety you’d expect from a plated meal. This allows everyone to choose what works best for them! We’ll also have grazing boards, drinks, and desserts throughout the evening.
Absolutely. We’ll have a variety of proteins, veggies, salads, and lighter options so everyone can build a plate that works for them.
Yes! This is a family-friendly event and children are absolutely welcome. While we won’t have formal childcare, we’ll set up a small activity area for little ones during the evening.
As much as we love them, pets aren’t permitted at the venue.
Yes! Our registry link is available on the website and invitations. Gifts are completely optional — your presence means the most to us — but if you’d like to use the registry or bring something to the reception, we’re very grateful.
You can RSVP on the website or simply reach out to us directly — whatever’s easiest for you. Please let us know by May 15th so we can finalize food and planning.
