Ludington is a small beach town that is a very popular tourist destination in the summer months. Lodging tends to go quickly, so we recommend booking your stay far in advance. Downtown Ludington is quaint and somewhat walkable and has a number of small hotels and B&B's. Outside of downtown you will find house rentals a short drive away from the action.

Grand Rapids is typically our go to airport. About 90 minutes away from Ludington.

Muskegon, Traverse City, or Detroit
MKG, TVC, or DTW. Muskegon and Traverse City are a bit closer to Ludington than Grand Rapids, but typically are more expensive. Detroit is largely the cheapest option, but the drive to ludington is around 4 hours.

We recommend renting a car given the drive time from the airports. Plus, you will be able to see all of what West Michigan has to offer. Downtown Ludington is walkable, but you will want a car if you plan on exploring.
