Question

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

You can fly into Cancun (CUN) or Tulum (TQO). Both are approximately 1–1.5 hours from the resort. Cancun may have more flight options, while Tulum is newer and closer for some.

Question

How do I get from the airport to the resort?

Answer

We recommend booking your airport transfer through the resort when reserving your room, as it’s often cheaper and more convenient. However, you are welcome to use other services like private shuttles or taxis.

Answer

Yes! A valid passport is required to travel to Mexico. Please make sure it does not expire within 6 months of the travel date.

Answer

Most resorts in Tulum are all-inclusive, covering accommodations, food, drinks, and some activities. Be sure to read the package details before booking.

Question

What should I wear to the wedding?

The wedding will take place outdoors, so we recommend resort chic attire — lightweight fabrics, breathable styles, and comfy shoes or sandals. Formal but beach-friendly!

Answer

Tulum is typically warm and tropical. Expect temperatures between 75–85°F. Light rain is always possible, so pack a light rain jacket just in case!

We kindly ask that you confirm your booking by August 31, 2025 so we can finalize headcounts and accommodations. The earlier, the better — Tulum resorts book fast!

Answer

Wedding Pass Fee will apply for your invited guests not staying at Dreams Tulum. The wedding pass fee: $ 60 USD per person (arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony and must leave when the wedding reception is done). This fee only applies at the wedding day event. Wedding passes must be paid in the wedding contract, and the list of names must be send in advance. **Wedding pass is in addition to dinner charge for the special wedding events. ** Every external Guest must bring their original Passport to register at the Front Desk, at arrival. Otherwise, the entrance at the resort is not permitted. Important: If external guests are coming other days, they must pay the prices for Half, Full or Night Day Passes from the hotel and for the times they have permitted. Event protocols: Guests are required to arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before the start of the wedding event. They must also leave the property promptly at the end of the event. Failure to do so will result in an additional fee being charged. Upon arrival, guests must present a valid form of identification to register at the front desk. The same ID will be returned to the guest upon check-out.
