Let them know you would like to book for the Huyer & Douress wedding! If you already booked for our previous date, please call the hotel to reschedule. They were not able to transfer any reservations. If you think you would like to stay at this hotel for the wedding, consider booking early! It is one of the busier wedding weekends in Loudoun County and we tried to find a convenient location for our out of town guests. There is a free shuttle offered by the hotel from Dulles International Airport, see contact information under flight information.

Shuttle - To the Venue

We are offering a shuttle service to the venue and back to the hotel at the end of the night! We would prefer you use the shuttle service provided due to limited parking at the venue and absence of overnight parking. The shuttle will leave the hotel promptly at 3:15pm and will return everyone safely to the hotel at the end of the evening.
