Long Island Spirits
Long Island Spirits is the first craft distillery on Long Island since the 1800’s located in Baiting Hollow. The distillery is home of LiV Vodka, and is surrounded by 5,000 acres of potato farms, in the heart of the acclaimed wine region of the North Fork. Long Island Spirits is uniquely a farm-to-bottle hand craft distillery operation. The Long Island Spirits tasting room offers samples of each product made on sight, and is open 7 days a week. Customers are welcome to try a flight of vodka or taste the Pine Barrens single malt whisky, and receive a souvenir frozen shot glass with the vodka or a mini rocks tumbler with the whisky. The back deck overlooks a 100 acres of potatoes and vineyards which is one of the several farms that are used to Hand Craft LiV Vodka.
H2O: Seafood & Sushi
Seafood & Sushi in Smithtown showcases seasonal seafood, served with passion, conceived with creativity. The sea dictates what’s on the menu at H2O. Whenever possible, our chef sources local fish and supports local farmers through creative takes in the kitchen.

Sunken Meadow State Park
Sunken Meadow State Park, fronting on Long Island Sound, has a wide range of topography that sustains a variety of flora and fauna. The three miles of beach meets tall, glacier-formed bluffs at the west end of the shoreline. A man-made dam separates the park’s brackish creek and marshes from the tidal flats. South of the flats are acres of undeveloped and heavily-wooded rolling hills. Activities include swimming in Long Island Sound; hiking six miles of trails, including the northern starting point of the Suffolk County Greenbelt Trail; biking, horseback riding, picnicking, fishing and cross-country skiing. Waterzooi - Garden City NY
This lively Garden City mainstay has been around for nearly two decades, and is known best for its moules frites. The mussels are available in a dozen rich broths with global inspiration. The Thai and Montrachet varieties are standouts, and the traditional Provencal is great as well. All are accompanied by fresh-cut frites for your broth-dipping pleasure. If mussels aren’t your thing, there are a number of alternative entrées, as well as an indulgent Wellington burger. True Belgian trademarks aren’t forgotten; Waterzooi boasts the largest Belgian beer selection on Long Island, as well as heavenly fresh-baked Brussels waffles for dessert.

Anchored in Huntington Harbor, Prime is the true star of the ever-popular “steak and sushi” scene dominating Long Island -- it works damn hard to make it happen, but it’s the hottest game in town.
