Things To Do
During the reception we will have some traditions:
-La vibora de la mar (The Sea Snake): is a Mexican wedding tradition where the bride and groom stand on chairs as an arch to a traditional song, Symbolizing navigating marriages ups and down with family support often with chaotic fun and laughter as people try to knock them down women usually go first then men, usually try to knock the groom out of the chair as the navigate like a snake
- El baile del billete (the money dance): its a Mexican tradition where guest "pay " to dance briefly with the newlyweds (both) as a symbolic blessing of prosperity, a fun way to show support, often involving pinning cash to clothes, and it helps the couple start their new life.
