Flight
For guests flying in, the Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) is the closest major airport, located about 33 miles from the venue. We find it to be a very easy and mellow airport to navigate. The drive typically takes around 30-45 minutes depending on traffic.
Hotel
We have a dedicated room block and special rate for our event at the hotel. Please use our unique room code to book. We’ll be staying there too and can’t wait to see you here for the ceremony, reception, brunch, and beach day! The hotel offers beach access, pools, spa, and valet parking. Note on Rooms: the default room option is two queen beds, but you can request a king bed in the "Special Requests & Preferences" section. Note: The Ponte Vedra "Inn & Club" is a sister property of the "Lodge & Club." Guests typically enjoy the amenities at both resorts — including dining, spa, fitness, pools, tennis, and beach club; however, our room block only applies to the Lodge.
Travel Note
Our recommendation: The easiest way to get to The Lodge & Club is by renting a car or taking a rideshare (like Uber or Lyft). This offers the most flexibility and a smooth, direct trip to the beach. The hotel will have valet parking for anyone with a car. ***Please note, it can be difficult to get ride shares in Ponte Vedra late in the evening, so please stay at or near the venue, or plan accordingly. You are more than welcome to explore the greater area for golfing, biking, food spots, and beach access. If you'd rather just relax at the Lodge, all wedding related events will be at the venue so you won't have to go far!
Hotel
We also have a room block at the Hampton Inn Jacksonville/Ponte Vedra Beach, which is a short drive to the Lodge & Club. Please use our unique room block reservation link below. ***Please note, it can be difficult to get ride shares in Ponte Vedra late in the evening, so please stay at or near the venue, or plan accordingly.
Travel Note
Please note, there are other hotels and Airbnb options. If you choose to find an alternative option, we recommend staying in close proximity to the venue if you are planning to rely on Ubers/Lyfts.
