Guest Transportation to Venue: Trolley can accommodate 1-2 pickups from the hotel We do not do more than 2 pickups because this will delay the start time and guest arrival 40-48 guests per trip because there is room for standing End of night transportation: Trolley will be ready 1 hour prior to reception end time, and make multiple loops from venue to hotel until all guests are taken back to their hotel.
