Addie and the bride met during their time at Oklahoma State University. Lillie recruited Addie to join Alpha Delta Pi, where she became Lillie’s “little” in the sorority. Their bond grew even stronger when they became roommates during the pandemic while finishing college together.

Ryan Peters

Best Man

The groom met Ryan in a journalism class at Oklahoma State University. Noticing Ryan’s OKC Thunder beanie, Shane struck up a conversation and invited him to lunch. Their shared love of Thunder basketball sparked an instant friendship, and they eventually became roommates!

Brittany Husong

Bridesmaid

The bride met Brittany during nursing school at OSU IT, where they quickly bonded over their shared love of Taylor Swift and a good book. Their friendship grew from there, and fun fact: Brittany also photographed the couple’s engagement! (You can see her beautiful work on the homepage.)

Ryan and the groom first met at Keller High School in Texas, after Shane moved there, and the two crossed paths at basketball tryouts. Their shared love of watching sports quickly brought them together, and their friendship continued to grow, eventually leading them to become college roommates.

The bride and McKenna met at Broken Arrow High School while collaborating on the statewide Student Council Convention. They shared countless experiences together, attending football games, dances, prom, and nearly every school event as close friends.

The groom met Matt after moving from OKC to Keller, Texas, during their sophomore year of high school. Their friendship grew stronger over the years, and they later became college roommates at Oklahoma State University.

Audrey and Lillie first met as children. Their moms were friends and teachers together. They grew up having many slumber parties, birthday parties, and memories together. They remained friends as they grew up!

Grant, the bride’s older brother, connected with Shane through shared fishing trips, cheering on the OKC Thunder, and golfing outings. What started as casual hangouts has grown into a genuine friendship between the two.
