Where exactly is the wedding?

Answer

Milly Chalet at the base of Milly Ski Lift at Brighton Ski Resort. When entering the Brighton loop road, it is the first lift/small lodge on your right, just past the church. Look directly under Mt. Millicent.

Are there food and services in the area?

Answer

Brighton is a small resort village. There is one small store/cafe open from 7am-5pm. Solitude village also has some bars & restaurants (5 miles away). Services are limited, but there will be dinner at the reception.

Summer in the high alpine is unpredictable. Bring an umbrella if you have one!

It is Salt Lake City, practically the NYC of Utah. Just with more crime.

Do I have to attend?

Yes, you have to attend. And bring a gift.

What if I don't like mountains?

Answer

Bring a jacket, we can put up some pictures of the midwest that you can stare at.

Will this be a "fun" wedding or one of "those" weddings?

Answer

Fun Wedding. The intimate sand pouring ceremony is only 52 minutes long so don't worry about it. The couples crochet portion is optional, though encouraged.

What are the ski conditions like in August?

Answer

Excellent! Pack all of your gear for the deep, sick pow. Please, no dogs.

Half the guest list is bears.
