Are Kids Invited?

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you. OR just ask us.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, the Keywest Conch Train will be making 2 trips to the Wicker house to bring guests to and from the wedding venue. TO the venue: The first pickup will be at 5:00 PM and will be back for its 2nd pick up at approximately 5:30 PM. FROM the venue: The first pickup will be at 10:45 PM and will be back for its 2nd pickup at approximately 11:15 PM. PLEASE NOTE: the conch train has limited space (64 people per trip) and is on a first come first serve basis. Please plan accordingly.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes! If you are driving to the ceremony and reception, there will be designated parking within walking distance

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The event time starts at 6:00 pm, but please be sure to allow appropriate time to get to event.

Where do I check in?

Answer

All guests staying at the hotel will check in at the Wicker Guesthouse located at 913 Duval Street. There is a parking spot right in front of the office door for guests to use while they are checking in.

Does the Wicker House provide free parking?

Answer

Yes. The Wicker house provides free valet parking for guests. Upon checking in, let the hotel representative know that you have a car. They will valet the car, free of charge. Please note: self-parking is not available.

Do I need a car to get around?

Answer

No. Unless you are driving to Key West, we recommend not getting a car. The roads are narrow and parking can be a pain to find. The island is not terribly large so almost everything can be accessed by foot. If you would prefer not to walk, we recommend renting a scooter or a bike.
