FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm. Guests are welcome to begin arriving at 4:30pm. Please do not plan to arrive before 4:30pm, as the venue is a museum and visitors will still be there at that time.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is directional valet parking available.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, there will be no formal transportation for guests to and from the hotels. However, the ceremony and reception are taking place at the same location, and there is ample parking for those who feel comfortable driving. Please stay safe and plan to use Uber, Lyft, or a taxi service if you plan to drink.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, there are lots of great hotels in Baltimore. Please see the Travel and Hotels section of our wedding website for more information about hotels blocks.

Question

Will the wedding ceremony be religious?

Answer

Yes! We are both Catholic, and having a Catholic ceremony is important to us. Traditionally, Catholic weddings take place inside a church. However, the Archdiocese of Baltimore permits Catholic wedding ceremonies to be held outside of a church. We have received permission from the Archdiocese to have a priest or deacon officiate our wedding ceremony at the same location as the reception, the Evergreen Museum and Library.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, absolutely! Please let us know about your dietary needs when you RSVP.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love all the children in our lives, only children who are in the wedding party are invited to attend. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. Please see your invitation and reach out to us with any questions.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Stay tuned for registry information!
