Manduria

The nearest town to Masseria Potenti is Manduria, just a 10-minute drive away. It’s perfect for a relaxed evening out, with charming piazzas, cosy wine bars, and brilliant local restaurants serving authentic Italian food and the famous Primitivo wine from the region. It’s lively without being hectic and gives you a real taste of southern Italy. ideal for a pre- or post-wedding dinner wander.

Known as The White City, Ostuni is about a 45-minute drive away and is an absolute must-see if you love pretty streets and panoramic views. Perched on a hilltop, it’s famous for its whitewashed buildings, winding alleyways, and gorgeous outlook over the countryside and sea. It’s perfect for wandering, shopping for little keepsakes, and enjoying a drink in the sunshine as the town glows at golden hour.

Polignano a Mare

If you’re up for a slightly longer adventure, Polignano a Mare is around a 1 hour 30 minute drive from Masseria Potenti and is one of the most iconic spots in southern Italy. With its dramatic cliffs, turquoise water, and the famous Lama Monachile beach, it feels straight out of a film. It’s ideal for a day trip filled with sightseeing, swimming, and an unforgettable lunch overlooking the sea.

Punta Prosciutto

It’s around a 25–30 minute drive from the masseria and is easily one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in Puglia. San Pietro in Bevagna

The nearest really nice beach to Masseria Potenti is San Pietro in Bevagna, especially the stretch by Salina dei Monaci and it’s only about a 15-minute drive. It’s beautiful: soft sand, clear shallow water, and much calmer than the bigger tourist beaches. If you want somewhere close, easy, and genuinely lovely for a beach day, this is your best bet.
