We kindly request cocktail attire. For suggestions, Gentlemen: suit or dress shirt with a tie. Ladies: knee-length to floor length dresses. The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, while the reception will be indoors.
Please plan to arrive by 4:15 PM to be seated before the ceremony begins. Afterward, please migrate to the outdoor area for cocktail hour. Grab a drink, enjoy a bite, and mingle with fellow guests. The reception will follow shortly after.
For guests at the Best Western, we’ll provide a shuttle to the ceremony. There will also be a shuttle taking best western folks back early at 9 PM. If you’re coming from elsewhere, the venue has ample parking, and rideshares are welcome. Overnight parking is welcome!
To celebrate with our closest family and friends, we’re hosting an adults-only wedding and ask that only the guests listed on your invitation attend. We encourage you to use this evening to have a fun date night! We appreciate your understanding.
