You have some options to get to Center City (downtown) from the airport. Taxi/Uber/Rideshare/Shuttle SEPTA

For those staying close to the venue in Center City, take the Airport Line to either Suburban for Center City, or Jefferson for Old City and East Center City. If you want to stay closer to our house instead of the venue, you can take this line to Suburban Station and transfer to regional rail Manayunk Norristown line to the Wissahickon stop. Train fare can be purchased at the airport line stop or you can pay with credit card on the train.

There are many hotels with a couple of blocks of the venue. We do not have a block reserved at a hotel, so you have your pick.

Independence Mall

There are many historic attractions in Philly. If you would like to be close to some of these (Independence Hall, Liberty Bell, Constitution Center), we recommend getting a hotel on Independence Mall

Manayunk (Our Neighborhood)

We recommend getting lodging in Center City - it is closer to the venue and popular things to do. If you want to be near our house, then we would recommend AirBnB or the Residence Inn by Marriott Philadelphia Bala Cynwyd. It would genuinely be easier for guests to be in Center City, though, and train to Manayunk to visit our place.

Getting Around Town

We don't generally recommend renting a car. Parking in Philly is a challenge, and sometimes expensive. Public transit and Rideshare will probably be your best bet.
