When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP as soon as possible! All RSVP's must be in by February 1st, 2027

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We love showing up and showing out so we challenge you to meet us on our level! Think what you want to wear is too fancy? Too over the top? IT ISN'T! As long as it isn't a white/cream/ivory based gown, wear it! The dress code is Formal / Black Tie Optional. We encourage long gowns or elegant evening dresses or suits and ties. The ceremony will be outside (weather permitting) so please dress accordingly. We do not recommend stiletto heels. May consider coats or shawls.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

There will be refreshments for guests to enjoy starting at 4:45pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm.

Can I use my phone during the ceremony?

Answer

NO! Or you will be publicly scolded by the groom and the bride! We will have a photographer and videographer to capture this important moment for us and we will happily share those photos. Please keep your phone on silent and away. We would like everyone to be present as we take this next step. Once the Bride and Groom have exited, feel free to use your phone and take as many pictures as you want, just be sure to use our QR code to send them to us!

Are kids welcome?

While we love your children, ALL EVENTS of the weekend are for adults only. We request that children not attend.

What about a plus one?

Answer

Because of limited venue space, we unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation. We hope you understand our decision.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Leave the driving to us! A shuttle will be running between the hotel and the venue so you can relax and celebrate with us. A shuttle will leave from the hotel at 4:15pm and again at 4:45pm to arrive to the venue. At the end of the reception a shuttle will be available to return you to the hotel at 10pm, 10:40pm, and a final shuttle from the after party at Midnight.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is free and easy parking at the venue, but if you are staying at the hotel, we encourage you to take the shuttle so that you can relax and enjoy the evening!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know of any allergies or accommodations that you need when you RSVP, and we will be happy to accommodate them.

Where should we stay?

Answer

If you look at the travel section on our website, you will see the link to our chosen hotel. This is the hotel that the shuttles will also be servicing on the wedding day.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

You can find our gift list under the registry tab on this website. We are looking for certain home-making products, contributions to our Honeymoon, or a classic cash gift; any of these are always appreciated.
