What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm - please arrive 30-60mins prior to find parking and take your seat.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, however some walking is required from parking lot to ceremony/reception areas. There will be golf cart transportation for anyone in need of assistance.

How will I get to the hotel following the wedding events?

Answer

We have transportation arranged to bring all guests to and from the hotel for the ceremony and at the end of the night following the reception.

Are the events held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will hopefully be held outside, weather permitting. There is an indoor option just in case. Cocktail hour and reception will be indoor/outdoor. The ceremony will take place in the Secret Garden. Please note that the pathway is on grass, so we recommend wearing appropriate shoes (flats, wedges, or block heels). Seating for the ceremony will be on wooden benches without backs. The rest of the property has brick pathways for ease of walking.
