Yes. The dress code is cocktail attire. This typically means a suit and tie, and dresses should be knee length or longer. Please refrain from wearing jeans, shorts, or ripped clothing. Please note that the ceremony will take place outside on grass, so be mindful of your choice of shoes. Wear any color you like, but please no white. (Bridesmaids will be wearing dark jewel tones, i.e. emerald, dark blue, wine, and deep purple).
Please arrive to the venue by 4pm for the ceremony. Cocktail hour will begin at 6pm. There will be a little bit of time in between the ceremony and reception. The ceremony venue is roughly 10-15 minutes away from the reception venue. We have recommendations for places in the area under the Things To Do tab if you are looking for somewhere to quickly stop by in between.

Yes, under the RSVP section of this website and on the RSVP card you will have an opportunity to inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions you have. You can also contact Amber or Shane and we will include that information in discussions with our caterer. We will try to accommodate to the best of our abilities.
The ceremony will take place outside at Kip's Castle on the grass. Please keep this in mind when choosing footwear. The cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors at the Commonwealth Club.

There should be adequate parking at both venues. However, if the parking lot fills up at the Commonwealth (reception venue), there is plenty of street parking nearby.

As much as we look forward to seeing everyone's pictures from the evening, we are having an unplugged ceremony. If you want pictures from our wedding, please let us know and we will share the professional photographs once they are ready.

Yes, but please note that it is a limited open bar. We will have common spirits, wines, and beers/seltzers as well as mixers, but we may not have the exact brand you are looking for.
We scheduled the bridal shower close to the wedding to make it easier for out-of-state guests to be able to attend both events. We understand that this may cause a burden on some, but we completely understand if the closeness of the events makes it harder for you to attend the shower. Above all, we are most excited and appreciative of your presence on our big day!
