What if I do not RSVP in time?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors & venue exact numbers by a certain date. Please RSVP as soon as possible.

Are kids invited?

We love your little ones! Children are encouraged to join us at our welcome party; however, we have decided to keep our wedding ceremony and reception an adults-only event.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to be seated.

Will there be parking at the Four Seasons?
Answer
Yes! Discounted day-use parking is available at the Four Seasons. However, we encourage our guests to utilize ride-share options!

What is the best mode of transportation in Austin?
Answer
Ride-share options, such as Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the city.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We'd love to see our family & friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, mid-length, or knee-length dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit & tie. No jeans please!

Is the wedding outdoors?
Answer
Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, & dinner will be on the exterior lawn of the Four Seasons, please plan accordingly. The events will be followed with dancing indoors at the Four Seasons ballroom.

What is typical November weather in Austin?
Answer
Temperatures typically range between the 50s-70s. Limited outdoor heaters will be provided by our venue; however, we encourage our guests to plan accordingly.

Will there be a bar?

Yes! Beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages are on us!

Will there be accomodations for dietary restrictions?
Answer
Yes! The Four Seasons is able to accommodate all of our guests (vegan, vegetarian, gluten free,etc.). Please specify your dietary restrictions in our RSVP section.

Can I take pictures?
Answer
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony (no cameras or phones). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us, and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Friday, November 3rd, we will be hosting a welcome party at House Wine. Due to limited capacity, the welcome party is only open to family & out-of-town guests.
