FAQs

If you have any other questions than what we have listed here, please reach out to the bride or groom. We will update this page regularly as more questions come up.
Question

What date should I reply by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 1, 2025.

Question

What's the best airport to use?

Answer

For loved ones traveling from further away, we are equidistant (about one hour) from the Pittsburgh (PIT), Cleveland (CLE), and Akron Canton (CAK) airports.

Question

What's the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress, dressy separates or a suit and tie. We ask you avoid casual attire such as blue jeans or sneakers. We encourage folks to lean in to the garden aesthetic and wear florals and/or shades of blue, pink, or purple.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be on site at Fellows Riverside Gardens. When you pull into the parking lot, you will see the main building (DD and Velma Education & Visitor Center). Follow the sidewalk behind the building to access the gardens. The ceremony will be outdoors at the Kidston Pavilion in the Rose Garden. The cocktail hour and reception will be immediately following the ceremony indoors in the Rossi Auditorium (the lower level of the Visitor Center).

Question

How can I contribute to the cookie table?

Answer

We are so touched by how many loved ones have offered to contribute to our cookie table. If you would like to contribute to the table, please reach out to Selena or Shane directly.

Question

What's a cookie table?

Answer

The cookie table is a Pittsburgh area tradition where family and friends of the wedding couple bake cookies to be enjoyed at the reception in addition to the wedding cake. There are many articles online outlining the tradition and love for cookie tables, but you can find more info here: https://weddingcookietable.com/history/
