The wedding ceremony and reception are located at the Boothbay Harbor Playhouse Events. The address is 275 Wiscasset Rd, Boothbay, ME 04537.
Bridesmaids will be wearing a dusty blue. Maid of honor will be wearing french blue. Mothers of the bride and groom will be wearing navy.
We will have school buses pick up groups of people from outside Fisherman's Wharf in Boothbay at 3:00pm and 3:30pm! They will also be leaving from the venue to return to the same spot for people to go to the after party, or head to their hotel!
The dress code is black tie optional. (For the girls, the ceremony and cocktail hour are on grass!)
We do not have room blocks as Boothbay does not have hotels that allow it. That being said, Fisherman's Wharf Hotel, Tug Boat inn, Boothbay Harbor Inn, Boothbay Harbor Oceanside Inn, and many more hotels are very centrally located near our venue and after party. Please let any of these hotels know you are a part of the McLaughlin wedding!
There is parking available for those who wish to drive.
We are having a kid free wedding. Thank you for respecting our decision.
We kindly ask that guests put away their phones during the ceremony as we have hired a professional to film and take pictures. We want our guests to live in the moment during this extra special portion of the wedding!
