Shannon's sister, brother-in-law and nephew: a modern fairy-tale. Once upon a time... boy met girl. In typical boy fashion, boy made fun of girl and made her cry. Boy made it up to girl by including her in communal Mac & Cheese sharing. Boy and girl became friends. Then boy and girl fell in love, got married, and had successful educations and careers. All grown up now, boy and girl had a delightful little monster they call Carson (or C-monster affectionately). This family of 3, plus their crazy yet sweet Labradoodle, Georgie, live happily ever after in Silver Spring, MD just outside of Washington, DC where they first became friends nearly two decades ago.

Son of Shannon (said in Game of Thrones / Lord of the Rings / Thor voice). Aidyn is an incredible human and not just because Shannon is an amazing mother to him. I mean, just listen to the kid in conversation, he's hilarious! Also noteworthy, Aidyn is an intelligent little con-artist who only agrees to things like "a super embarrassing Mother-Son dance at the wedding reception" IF he is bribed with $100. What a gem. ❤❤❤ (edit) Also potentially telepathic, it's more of a "wait and see" situation at this point.

Not only do I have the awesome pleasure of calling Shannon my cousin but I also get to call her one of my best friends (probably more like sister)! From serenading Shannon with my awesome vocal threads to late night giggles and sometimes tears, there is never a dull moment with the two of us around. I'm a mom of two amazing kiddos & two dogs. I enjoy crafting, playing games & hanging out with my family. I'm so incredibly happy that Andrew & Shannon have found each other to spend the rest of their lives with, cheers to you my friends.

Shannon has been putting up with me as her best friend since she and I were 15 years old. We've seen each other through just about everything including the birth of her awesome son and all of my crazy cross-country home address changes. She's one of the most important people in my life and she's got me forever so now Andrew is stuck with me by association (what a lucky guy). About me? I'm passionate about my career, competitive when need be, and full of sassy dazzling wit. Oops might be lacking in humility... oh well nobody's perfect. I love dogs, live music, exploring the outdoors, and creating art.
