Shandie and Christian first met in the early fall of 2022 and were introduced by their friends. The two of them went on with their lives as Shandie was in college and Christian was in his Senior year of high school. Fate brought the two back together after a little over a year at the restaurant "La Isla", where they both were with their own families. Christian was home for Christmas break from his MOS schooling for the Marines, so they had little time to to get in contact and get to know each other! Within the month that Christian was home, they kicked things off with the flirtatious friendship that quickly became something so much more! Christian asked Shandie to be his girlfriend February 4th, 2024 while he was at MOS school in North Carolina. Their first three months of their relationship was strictly based on Facetimes and phone calls! They learned so much about each other and blossomed their relationship with just their heartfelt words and affirmations. Fast forward a year and Christian got down on one knee and proposed to Shandie on April 12, 2025. He had rose petals creating a path towards a beautiful heart made of candles and petals. Shandie and Christian are blessed beyond words to be able to share their love and create a beautiful life together and they can't wait to start this journey with you all!
