No. We invite everyone to wear what makes you feel confident, foxy, or comfortable. We will not be in traditional attire ourselves. Do you have something in your closet that you love, but no idea where to wear it? Wear it to our wedding!
The wedding and reception are in one space where 60 parking spots are available. You may not leave your car overnight, and we recommend planning for a safe ride home if you're drinking alcohol. There is overflow parking at the Minneapolis Farmer's Market.
There will be a food truck offering appetizers, main course, and late night snacks. Bite size desserts will also be provided. Vegan and gluten-free options available for all courses. Find more detailed information in our vendor list (FAQ #1).

There are lots of home rentals in Minneapolis (Airbnb) and stunning hotels downtown (those would be on the pricier side) and in the surrounding suburbs. Our favorite downtown boutique hotel is The Hewing.
The ceremony will start at 5:00pm. It's on the edge of downtown, so leave yourself a little time to face a possible Friday rush hour.
There will be a cash bar provided by the Glass House. We'll have a fun signature cocktail, but you will also be able to order most of your favorite things. Non-alcoholic items available with the exception of coffee/tea.
Welp, that's a tough one. Fall can be fickle in Minnesota. Early October can be 50 degrees with a brisk wind, or it can be an extension of summer. Last year it was 86 degrees on October 3rd. Our best advice is to download a weather app and dress accordingly!
