A mini bus will be running from 90 minutes before the ceremony to 90 minutes after the reception ends. Uber is definitely possible getting to the venue but not sure getting back because of how rural the venue is.

Amtrak

Train from Philadelphia, Baltimore, New York, or DC. Stop at Exton for the rehearsal dinner/welcome event, stop at Downingtown for the main hotel. Book your ticket online through the link below. If coming from the airport, take any Regional Rail train from the terminal to 30th St. Station (purchase a ticket onboard) and follow signs at the station to Amtrak. Use Lyft or Uber from the train station to your final destination.

SEPTA Regional Rail Paoli-Thorndale Line

Local train from various points in the Philadelphia metro area. Stop at Exton for the rehearsal dinner/welcome event, stop at Downingtown for the main hotel. Purchase a tick onboard with cash or credit card. If coming from the airport, take any Regional Rail train from the terminal to 30th St. Station and switch to the Paoli-Thorndale line. Use Lyft or Uber from the train station to your final destination.
