A wonderful observatory with incredible views of the entire city. It's a great spot to visit either by a quick uber, or if you're feeling up for it, a 30-40 minute hike through the beautiful trails.

Incredible rooftop bar with a chill vibe and great views of downtown LA. One of our favorite afternoon spots.

An incredible street just a short walk from the Venice Boardwalk, Abbot Kinney is home to a large variety great eats and boutique shopping. A great place to spend an afternoon!
Griffith Park Trails
Looking for something a little more active? Griffith Park has incredible trails that offer incredible views of the entire city, all the way to the ocean. you can also combo the trails with a trip to Griffith Observatory, if you are so inclined!
The Commissary at the LINE LA
A stunning brunch/dinner spot in a beautiful greenhouse atop the line hotel. Great cocktails, and even greater food. You will not be disappointed!

Whether it's dinner or just drinks, Manuela is a beautiful spot to start or end while exploring all the Arts District has to offer. (We also built up some liquid courage here before we took our engagement photos...hehe)

Highland Park Brewing easily make some of the best beer in Los Angeles. If you're looking for some of LA's greatest craft beer, then this is the spot. Their Chinatown taproom is also a great hand spot, and conveniently walking distance to other eateries and a nearby craft winery.
Frogtown Brewery
Our favorite neighborhood brewery! We've been coming here since it opened. Its a great vibe with excellent beers and rotating food trucks.

Really good modern art. I know Modern art can be...you know... but this is genuinely great. Some of it is still ~modern art~

Our favorite Wolfgang Puck choice: Chinese-French fusion of pure perfection. Duck pancakes and Catfish are musts, as is sitting at the bar to watch the Hong Kong and Paris-trained chefs work their magic
