Technically, we knew each other in high school. Shannon was a freshman hockey manager, Jon was a senior goalie, and our paths crossed just enough to say “hey” before life did its thing and we lost touch. Fast forward 13 years later, and thanks to a lash appointment (thanks, Ashley!), the universe decided to circle back. Shannon mentioned she was single and open to suggestions. One familiar name came up: Jon Cote. Before Shannon could make any moves, Jon beat her to it. One Instagram DM later, and the rest is history.
