We highly recommend that you book your stay in advance. Austin's busiest months for tourists are September-October. You can't really go wrong choosing a hotel since everything is pretty much within 10 minutes of each other. We are in the process of reserving blocks of rooms and will update this site as soon as they are confirmed. Feel free to check out Airbnbs as well!
Austin is for the most part a driving city. So it makes sense to rent a car or use Lyfts. Parking is easy. We personally recommend Lyfts, which charge fares generally 50% less than in other cities.
