The story of Ty and Cora starts with a casual date at Pilot House in downtown Wilmington, where they immediately bonded over their love for adventure and the outdoors. After a few boat rides and an introduction to Ty's dog Miller, Cora fell head over heels. The four unforgettable years that followed were filled with exploring National Parks, hunting on the farm, and countless friendly battles over who rolls first during a Yahtzee game. On the day Ty proposed, alone together on the beautiful island they often visited on their earliest dates, his heart was filled with overwhelming happiness and the thought of forever alongside his best friend. Quickly bombarded by boats packed with family, friends and of course, Miller - the engagement was celebrated with toast of Champagne and a perfect sunset across Mason's Inlet. While this is just the beginning of a lifelong love story, it paints a clear picture of a future rooted in love, joy, and deep appreciation for one another.
