Question

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Rooms have been blocked off at Mission Inn Hotel and Spa for our wedding celebration! There are a limited amount of rooms blocked, if you're interested in staying overnight, please call and make a reservation. Let them know you are with our wedding celebration and they will assist you accordingly! Booking and payments will be done through you! Please call (951) 784-0300, if you would like to book your stay! The DEADLINE to reserve a room with our block will be September 13, 2021

Answer

The hotel offers Valet Parking and there will also be street parking (be aware of parking enforcement!)

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are so happy to celebrate with you! Gifts are not expected but really appreciated! For our registry, we are accepting cash only. Our registry can be found on the website, under the "Registry" tab.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The Mehendi/ Henna Party is backyard causal attire. Casual Desi attire is also great! Color themes are yellows, oranges, reds, and greens! The Wedding Reception is black-tie only. Formal Desi attire is also acceptable!

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

The events will be taking place in October! Temperatures tend to be cooler with slight chances of rain! Please be sure to check local temperatures when planning your arrangements!

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

We are not planning a Ceremony. Wedding Reception ONLY! The wedding reception will take place at the: Mission Inn Resort and Spa 3649 Mission Inn Avenue Riverside, CA 92501 at the Grand Parisian Ballroom

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

No ceremony. The Wedding Reception will be indoors!

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Are there other wedding events I can attend?

Answer

Yes, if you would like to attend the Mehendi/Henna party, please RSVP!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the reception, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

The RSVP deadline will be September 30, 2021. ALL RSVPs will need to be done online at this website! You can RSVP under the "RSVP" tab above!

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Yes, food and drinks will be served! Please choose your option of protein when you RSVP. Dinner will have an appetizer, salad, entree (chicken, fish, or vegetarian option), entree side and dessert! Drinks will be available throughout the night with a bar and hosts.
