Yes! You will need a passport to go to Mexico. The good news, you do not need it at the time of booking, but you will need it by the time you leave. Getting your passport sounds scary, but the process is quite simple. You will need to fill out the paperwork online first, then print it, and take it to your passport appointment along with your identification documents (birth certificate, social security card, etc.). To fill out the paperwork go to travel.state.gov To schedule your appointment go to usps.com/scheduler (If you live OKC, I suggest going to the Norman location on Gay St since they will take your picture there) Passports take 4-6 weeks to come in regular service and cost $150-180 For express service it takes 2-3 weeks and costs $242-272 **They do NOT accept credit cards --- check, debit card, or cash only.
Please see the Travel tab, all the information is listed there. On that tab is the link to the room block. The room block closes on May 5th.
As soon as possible to avoid the hotel booking up. The sooner you put down your deposit, the faster you can lock in your rate.
We completely understand if you can’t join us in Cancun, and that’s okay! Your love and support mean the world to us, and we will still carry you in our hearts as we celebrate our special day.
Absolutely! This is your vacation as much as it is ours, and we’d love for you to bring a plus one. However, due to a cap on our guest list for the reception, we ask that only those listed on the formal invite attend the reception.
Children are welcome to join you for the trip! While our reception will be adults-only, the Royalton Riviera Cancun has plenty of kid-friendly clubs and activities, so they will have lots of fun while you relax and enjoy the event.
Yes! We will require an RSVP for our wedding to ensure an accurate headcount. Formal invitations to come.
After you have secured your room, purchase your flight from your city to Cancun International Airport (CUN).
Most of the time, no. Some airlines do offer afterpay/klarna, but most are going to require full payment up front. The plus side, is the remainder of your hotel balance will not be due until you arrive at the property to give you more time.
If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Then you will be responsible for going through the cancellation process with the hotel and airline you chose.
The choice is yours! Our personal favorite is Southwest. However, United offers good deals to Cancun also.
