Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP by visiting the "RSVP" tab. There is also an "RSVP" button on the "Home" tab that you can click. However, please visit the "Hotel Stay" tab before you RSVP.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Guests will need to RSVP by April 13, 2025 by clicking the "RSVP" tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume you are unable to attend.

What happens if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you don't RSVP by April 13, 2025, you will be marked as "Will Not Attend". We would love to celebrate with you however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors/venue and cannot accept late RSVPs. In the event that you do not RSVP, we will not be able to accommodate you the day of, we hope that you understand!

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

If you can't make it to our celebration, you will be dearly missed! Please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Will Not Attend" so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Will Attend", but later find that you will not be able to make it, you have the ability to edit your RSVP before April 13, 2025. If it is after the final RSVP date please reach out to the bride/groom, thank you!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm so we kindly request that you arrive about 30 minutes early to assure you don't miss anything. This will give you time to park, sign the guest book, and find your seat.

There is plenty of parking onsite at the venue.

Will the celebration be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at the same indoor location.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your formal or cocktail attire. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Please refrain from wearing jeans/denim, loungewear, sneakers, flip flops, or shades of white, thank you!

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We absolutely adore children, especially the little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adult-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us for our photographer and videographer to capture the best pictures and video which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

Can I post pictures of or with the bride and groom on social media?

We kindly ask our guests to refrain from posting photos/videos of the bride and groom on social media on our wedding day. We would love to share our special moments first and appreciate your understanding. Feel free to capture the joy, but please wait a couple of days before posting. Thank you for celebrating with us!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you....so get ready to party!!! Don't forget some extra cash to tip our amazing bartenders. **Please drink responsibly. If you find yourself unable to drive home after the wedding, please order an Uber/Lyft. We also have reserved a hotel block along with transportation to and from the venue for guests who reserve a room.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes, there is a hotel block! We've reserved a block of rooms at a discounted rate at the Courtyard at the Marriott Plymouth Meeting. To guarantee your room, we recommend booking as soon as possible as availability is limited! For more details, be sure to check the "Hotel Stay" tab.

Is there a shuttle service?

Answer

Yes, there is a shuttle service! There will be a shuttle service provided for guests who reserve a hotel room. More details regarding this service will be provided to guests in their hotel room.
