It was a Thursday night at RedRock in Denison, Texas. It was a normal Thursday for Fidel teaching dance lessons but for Shaman it was not. It was a night that that would turn out to be a night they would never forget. Shaman walked in to learn how to dance and he paired her with an older gentleman at first. She danced with him for a good while. Then Fidel walked up to Shaman and she said “can you teach me how to dance?” and he responded by saying “show me what you got”. They danced in sync from the very start. Fidel knew in that moment he wanted to marry her, but Shaman did not yet know what a great future was ahead for the two of them. Shaman mentioned after the dance that she was going to “go home and eat a bowl of cereal by herself”. Well… Fidel could not let that happen so he decided to invite her to IHOP. There he fell in love with her a little more when she told him that she liked chocolate chip pancakes with strawberry syrup because it was like eating chocolate covered strawberries. After IHOP, he invited her to breakfast at an old fashion waffle shop the next morning. They met for breakfast and she mentioned that she loved fishing and hunting and he was hooked. From that moment on they both knew the hunt was over and have been together ever since.
