Groomsmen
9:00 AM: ARRIVE at CALLAWAY
9:30 AM-11:30am: Go to the groomsmen suite for groomsmen welcome, photoshoots and gifting. Please arrive in your Indian clothes. Bring your reception wear with you to store in the changing room (NOT the groomsmen suite which we need to keep clean for pictures)
1p-2p: Wedding party photos (bridesmaids and groomsmen)
2:15-2:45p: BARAT/PROCESSION STARTS (everyone walks / dances to the Mandap/Altar. Usually groomsmen surround the groom while dancing.
3:00-4:30 PM: WEDDING ceremony with priest (everyone is seated)
4:30p-6:00 PM: COCKTAIL/CHANGING hour. Groomsmen head to the groomsmen suit for private cocktails and time to change into reception wear (Tuxedo). I will provide the skinny ties.
5:00-9PM: RECEPTION
