We’re getting married!

We met in January 2020, and at the time we were just coworkers. When we got scheduled to work the same shift one day it changed everything. We were like school girls flirting and laughing when it was slow. It was a crush we thought couldn’t go anywhere but soon enough we were talking everyday anyway. April 16,2020 was the day that changed everything. Our first hike as “just friends”. Although we sat in the car talking for hours after when we should’ve went home. And now exactly a year later we’re getting married. Adeline is loving having her two mommies. She couldn’t be happier. We finally have a happy, healthy family. And I couldn’t imagine it any other way. 💕

While Shalyce was at work Brenda made plans with a friend to help her create a beautiful proposal in just a few hours. She got a poster board and wrote an amazing proposal message with candies, (We enjoyed eating them later), and also a message on the back of the car. “Shalyce love, will you marry me?” It stayed on the car until we couldnt see out the back window anymore. Her friend Boo was there recording the whole thing. When Shalyce came out of work for break the car was there with Brenda waiting to ask the question. And music was playing in the background. ‘Marry me-Jason Derulo’. It was the sweetest thing and couldnt have been more perfect. ❤️
